Breakfast: Two weet bix (that's just grain)with rice milk and a home made smoothie which is rice milk, blue berries, black berries, mulberries, cherries, a banana, and a large teaspoon of flax seed meal. I also have a spirulina tablet (it's a vegan one). Lunch: Either multigrain toast with peanut butter and spinach or a variety of steamed vegetables (carrot, beetroot, sweet potato, pumpkin) Dinner: Varies. Last night I made soup which was just lots of vegetables and tomato as well as some soy beans and cubes of multigrain pasta. Also a tall glass of home made juice, normally carrot, celery and beetroot with some protein (pea protein) powder mixed in. Snacks: Pumpkin kernels and fruit (mostly apples) on and off throughout the day. I drink water also. So yeah, that's what I've been eating lately. This might sound a little confusin but i'll try to make it as clear as possible. Both my parents are black but I turned out really bright skinned. And i've never had a real relationship w/a black girl. I've only dated mixed girls. When i try to go for a full black girl they only c me as a friend n they like the dark skin dudes or they're not my type. But if im not goin after them they get mad. Im goin to be honest with yall.
